Target Audience : One of the targets are people from the age group from 16-24 year olds as the movie contains many special effects and popular actors, it also includes many games.
However the movie can also appeal towards an older audience, in particular people born in the 80's as the movie contains a lot of 80's pop culture. It also contains games that were popular in the 80's.
However this can also appeal to males or to the older audiences but the music video is mainly targeted towards these ages not necessarily the actual audience.

Target Audience : 12 - 24 year olds, the game Overwatch is mainly aimed at this age group as it is a very cartoon-like game which the younger audiences might enjoy, this game also has an Esports, which is like football but to do with games, this includes tournaments, world cups etc.

Wix is a website that create blogs to help people to make their own website, people that use this website are usually above 18, but some people under that age use it as well.

Target Audience : Because this is a gaming magazine it is mainly targeted towards males (from ages 13 - 18) , of course the actual audience can be different, such as there will be females who will like it but there is a huge majority of males that read it.

Target Audience : The sun is mainly aimed towards older people or people who are intelligent, however the audience can vary, it is stereotyped that older people read newpapers.





Some of your analyses of target audiences are not very accurate, for example even a quick glance at The Sun with its gossip, simple use of language, choice of stories about celebrities and scandal rather than hard news should lead you to conclude that its target audience is different to that you have identified.
ReplyDeleteYou also need to ensure that you have identified the target audience using psychographic measures as well as age and gender (which are demographic measures). Reply to this post, and identify psychographic (lifestyle choices, preferences etc.) which can help you to identify target audiences more accurately.
